default
Posted on Sat, 2 Jul 2016
Question: Hello, My girlfriend had ear surgery for a ruptured ear drum. They repaired, and the doctors said she has healed. This was maybe a 8-9 months ago... The past couple of months she has said that she has felt light headed, dizzy, constant headaches. She fell earlier today because she was so dizzy and light headed. Luckily she is okay, but I am trying to figure out what the problem is.

Brief Answer:
Pregnancy,viral infection, skipping meals

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through the medical history of your girlfriend and understood your concern.

Apart being dehydrated, other possible causes include:
- pregnancy: get her tested
- viral infection with possible complicated with ear inflammation: get her ears checked by the physician

Continue with keeping her well hydrated, advise to have regular meals, take pain killers for the pain.

Wish fast recovery.
