Question : I have been dizzy and have a one degree fever, and some pain in my sower left side, around the kidney I think. What is going on?

Pain around the lower left side could mean tat you might be having a urinary tract infection. In order to help you in a better way I need a few more details

1. Since when are you having temperature?
2. Do you have chills as well?
3. Do you have any previous history of urinary tract infection?
4. Do you have nausea?
