Question : I keep having this feeling that my head gets dizzy. Not spinning, just a sensation of dizziness and that my head becomes heavy or light. I had anxiety attacks 5 months ago and one of the symptoms was severe dizziness. When my attacks went away, it took 2 months for the dizziness to go away completely. I was fine for 2 months. And now, my head is causing me trouble again. It suddenly feels heavy or suddenly feels light. Like a change in its pressure/its weight.. Also, the panic attacks i used to have caused me neck issues, my neck is always stiff and sometimes so painful that i cant sleep at night. I don't know what to do for my head though and that dizziness/heavy head feeling. I had blood tests and showed everything ok, I saw an ENT n said my ears are fine, and a neurologist did a neurological examination and said i look ok. So what it can be? And what can i do? It is something that depresses me.

Hi and welcome to healthcaremagic,
Dizziness can occur due to problems of the cervical spine. It is called cervicogenic vertigo. It is caused by compression of the vestibular artery. Neck pain , feeling of imbalance and pain in the neck in lying down position are some of the common symptoms of cervicogenic vertigo. It is usually caused by injuries of the cervical spine like whiplash injuries.
