What Causes Severe Dizziness And Vomiting After Eating Sushi?

Question: I experienced extreme dizziness with my vision spinning extremely fast after eating one piece of sushi. Ended up throwing up after about 30 minutes of spinning vision. Can u tell me what causes this?

I read your question and i understand your concern. Dizziness with vomiting after eating sushi might be a gastric discomfort or stomach flu. Take some antivert and rest for a while and eat soft diet and fluids. If the symptoms of dizziness persist then it will need evaluation as there is a long list of causes that can cause dizziness. and a little work up to sort out the cause underneath it. Usually dizziness is benign and self resolving.
