Brief Answer:
Stop lyrica and monitor

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Both morphine patches and Lyrica may cause such dizziness and sensorium impairment.
More likely it may be due to Lyrica and should be stopped. If sensorium impairment persists then you may have to stop patches too and consult a physician for evaluation regarding any electrolyte imbalance.
Keep him hydrated and give enough salt intake.
Is he having any fever, headache, vomiting, seizure or urinary incontinence?
Hope you found the answer helpful.
