Brief Answer:
Anaemia, hypoglycaemia, thyroid and BPPV need to be ruled out

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome
I have gone through your query and do understand your concern.
There are few possibilities that you can discuss with your consulting doctor.

Before that I would like to know few information like-

1. Since when are you facing this problem?
2. Are you on any medications and do you have any medical history?
3. Do you have history of any war infection?
4. Is it occurring all the time or at any particular time of the day? Is the dizziness is aggravated by movement of your head?

The few possibilities include -

Anaemia ( HB estimation need to be done), hypoglycaemia ( random blood sugar, FBS, PBBS and Hb1Ac) ..

Alterations in blood pressure ( hypertension or hypotension), you have to get your blood pressure checked.

Thyroid problems ( TSH, T3, T4)

BPPV (Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo) causes brief episodes of mild to intense dizziness. BPPV is normally treated with certain maneuvers like epley or semont maneuvers. I would suggest you to see ENT specialist for examination and further help.

Hope this helps
I'll be glad to address your further queries.
Take care
