
What Causes Severe Dizziness While Having Menstrual Bleeding?

Question : The past few weeks everything I eat seems to go right through me. I have had periods of blood when i go alot, I have not lost weight. I have slight pain in the lower right side of my back that seems to come and go every day. I have not had a solid movement in that 2 weeks. Last week i got dizzy after a movent and my blood pressure went low, i believe they diagnosed it at the time as synaclop (sp) . My blood work was all good it just the cramps that come with it that hurt and they are not constant but happen right before a movent

Following are the possibilities in your condition:
1) Excessive motion and also blood loss has led to dehydration as well as anemia which could have caused syncopal attack to make you dizzy.
2) Such loose motions with blood for such a long time is a serious concern and point towards pathologies like polyp in the bowel or a cancerous condition.
3) You need colonoscopic examination to identify source of blood and also if there are any associated pathologies in the bowel.
