What Causes Severe Dizziness While On Clindamycin?

Question : i've been taking clindamycin 300mg for 2 days 4 times a day along with ibuprofen 600mg 3times a day as needed for pain. starting about 30 mins after my first dose of clindamycin this morning i've been getting very dizzy on and off all day, sould i be worried about this?
