Brief Answer:
Get done fresh urea and creatinine level.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Excessive dryness of mouth is mostly seen due to dehydration or decreased oral intake of fluid.
Since you are having renal cell carcinoma, alteration in renal function tests can also cause similar symptoms.
So first get done fresh urea and creatinine level to rule out alteration in these reports.
Please let me know
1. What were your last creatinine and urea report?
2. Are you taking oxygen through mask or through nasal pronge?
Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.

I take my oxygen through nasal prong. Like I said before, I don't use the oxygen at night or at work. (even though I should)
I will have another creatinine done today and let you know the results.
