Question : sometimes i get little sensation on right face near cheekbone and nose, just on right side. The right eye also feels dry often. In past 2 years I have had Vid B12 deficiency twice.

Vitamin B12 deficiency do present with the twitching sensation in some regions of body.
But my concern in your case is Bell's palsy which is should be ruled out by an ophthalmologist or ENT surgeon.

If every thing is fine then i suggest you to take vitamin injections like renerve or neurobion.

Hi Doc,

So shall i see a ENT or ophthalmologist. I had explained this to my docter some 4-5 months back where he did ruled out bell pasley but no tests were done, that was when the B12 deficiency came and i took meds for 2 months.

I will go by what you suggest as it keeps coming and going.
