Question : I am 5 weeks 5 days pregnant.. I felt tiredness n fatigue. But still didn't get vomiting? Am I in right track?

Nausea and vomiting is one of the signs of possible pregnancy. You will get it soon as the pregnancy continues.
If you have consulted an obstetrician and taken an ultrasound scan to confirm intrauterine pregnancy, then nothing to worry. Continue folic acid tablets.
