Brief Answer:
Go to ER - NOW

Detailed Answer:
Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

This is highly suggestive of Left Heart Failure
It could be an atypical presentation of threatened or actual attack
You MUST GO THE EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT – IMMEDIATELY
Call for help / Get driven...

In suspected heart attack, TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE – if detected early, an attack may even be aborted / the amount of damage and complications can be reduced remarkably. The most important time is the first few hours. ..
You need an EKG, blood tests (Cardiac markers), and/or ECHO & X-ray Chest

Appropriate treatment demands accurate diagnosis
And that demands examination
GET EXAMINED
Better be safe than sorry - treated if a problem is found / Happy, if it turns out otherwise

Good luck
God bless you
