Question : I've been feeling really tired more than usual. I feel light headed at times and real weak. my stomach feels full when I haven't eaten almost like a bloated . last night I noticed a bruise on my lower back in my kidney area . I have been having kidney issues the last couple of mths it feels like they are trying to shut down from time to time. the itching I was having has stopped but other systoms are still showing. could I be having kidney failure ? or what do u think it could be

Hi and thank you for asking!
I read carefully all your concerns and I can say as follows:
1. Your symptoms like light headed, weak, feeling tired may be related with :
- viral infection disease
- renal disease.
2. To my opinion you should perform exams as follows:
- abdominal and renal ultrasound
- biochemical blood work like creatinine, uremia, Bun ratio electrolytes.
- blood work for anemia or leukocytosis.
Meantime I would suggest to -
- take plenty of water
- take rest
- avoid sun exposure
- use fresh fruits
- use PPI like Prilosec
