Question : Hello, My husband has a stressful job but his behavior lately is concerning. He is extremely tired. falls asleep all the time. His mood has changed drastically. He does not wake up with morning erection. His libido is all but non existent. I'm concerned something is going on health wise. Thank you.

In my view it will be appropriate to seek professional help in your city. This is important as untreated illness cases more complications over time and timely intervention is most important.
