Question : I HAVE NEUROPATHY IN MY FEET AND TAKE BOTH CYMBALTA AND LYRICA. FOR THE PAST SEVERAL MONTHS I ALSO HAVE BAD FOOT CRAMPS SEVERAL TIMES A NITE.....WAKES ME UP EACH TIME ALONG WITH THE REGULAR PAIN OF NEUROPATHY. ARE THESE 2 RELATED?

I will advise you carnitine for muscle cramp which you can start consulting your doctor.
drink plenty of water and juices to reduce cramp.
You can increase dose of cymbalta consulting your doctor.
