Brief Answer:
Nerve block can help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain due to nerve damage can be relieved by gabapentin to some extent. In case the pain is gradually getting worse then a nerve block can be considered. Epidural injections can also help. Do consult a neurologist for the same. You can also add methylcobalamin supplements to your daily diet and see if it helps.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
