Question : post gastric bypass after 4 months lost 26kgs today i am 81kgs,on metformin tab,age 45 years,male,5ft 11inch.Facing hair loss much how to control

Noted your question. Weight reduction surgeries are known to cause vitamin and mineral deficiencies incluing Vitamin B12, D and Iron deficiency. I would like to know if you had a recent Vitamin B12, CBC or Vitamin D test done. Did you ever have a thyroid function test done? Thyroid issues, iron deficiency, Vitamin deficiencies, Iron deficinecy and anemia and stress etc are strong causes of hair loss.
It may be worth meeting a dermatologist and to do a Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, CBC, Iron level and Thyroid blood tests.
Once we know the cause of hair loss, it will be easy to treat.
Can you attach the reports please.
