Question: sir i am 20 year old normal indain boy.. from last 6 month i am continue losing my hair nd .. bladness too nd hair are not going from area they fall.. i search in internet about type of bladness format in men .. but my bladness is diff from all that type... i got small pimples on my head if i remain in dust for some time.. i lost too much of hair.. nd i am too much woried about it..i try many oil Nd nothing happens...

I am Dr Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, a dermatologist.
There are many causes of hair loss and treatment depends on the cause.
The common causes encountered by me are male pattern baldness, anemia, chronic diseases including that of the scalp, thyroid disorders, past history of fevers like typhoid and malaria, certain medications, surgery, trauma and accidents.
I would recommend you to exclude anemia and thyroid disorders by going for haemoglobin, serum ferritin levels and thyroid function tests.
Moreover I would recommend you to upload the photographs of your scalp so that I can ascertain the pattern of your hair loss and can guide you accordingly.
I have reviewed your uploaded prescription and diagnosis of male pattern baldness has been made by the doctor.
For how long have you used hair 4U lotion and these tablets?
Did you notice any improvement after using these?

from last 2 year i am not suffered from any diseases and i have not taken any medicine and not use any lotion i tried all natural redemy like onion juice oil massage and all other preferred but nothing happen and i feel itching in my head and i have trim while hair 2 time but no result i started eating healthy diet and non veg too.
when ever i touch my hair 2-3 every time it losses and.. i keep my hair away from dust and when even i got in dusty area i got pimple on my scalp... even my small hair got fall from head and from beard too..and some time i feel hard like surface in my back upper head that cause itching a lot ...

now i will tell you my baldness patter i my loosing my hair from back top to a straight line where we used to divide our hair in two diff way in hindi its called maang ..

I have gone through your complaints and would recommend to use sebowash shampoo twice weekly and take tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once daily at bedtime.
Also use capixyl lotion twice daily on the affected areas of the scalp along with tablet androanagen once daily.

mam by using this can i recover my lost hair because this is not genetic in my case my father is 50+ and have all hair and they are black but in mine case it started suddenly in month of January..
mam can u prefer me a good diet chart of health hair..
