Brief Answer:
Nutritional supplementation, thyroid and DHT levels to be tested

Detailed Answer:
Hello, greetings!
Thanks for posting your query in hcm. I can understand your concern.
Hair loss at your age maybe due to a number of factors like stress, nutritional deficiences, hormonal imbalance or even scalp fungal infections. Sometimes male pattern baldness may start this early too.

I recommend that you start with dietary supplemenation. Take a multivitamin tablet containing zinc, Vitamin B and Vitamin C everyday, along with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Drink 2-3 litres of water per day. This will help in your hair growth.

If you are facing dandruff, use a ketoconazole shampoo twice a week.

Rapid hair loss may also point towards hormonal disorders, I would suggest you to get a thyroid test along with a DHT level test to rule out any hormonal imbalance.
You do not have to worry, as treatment is available for all of the conditions I have mentioned.

Hope this helps you. Ih have any further doubts/clarifications, please feel free to contact me.

Regards,
Dr. Sonia
