Brief Answer:
Androgenic Alopecia is a possibility

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thanks for writing to us at healthcaremagic

I will keep a possibility of Androgenetic Alopecia.
Work stress has no direct correlation with Androgenetic Alopecia neither does change in environment lead to this type of hair loss.
Hair thinning and hair fall in males is usually hereditary in origin, known as Androgenetic Alopecia.
This type of hair loss in Androgenetic Alopecia is gradual.
It has a particular pattern to it; hair fall and thinning is most pronounced at the front and top of the scalp.
There may be widening and deepening at the angles of anterior hair line which becomes "V" shaped; this may also be associated with gradually progressive receding anterior hair line.
Usually there is a family history in father, siblings, cousins etc
Minoxidil and Finasteride are approved remedies for Androgenetic Alopecia. They arrest further progression of thinning and hair fall and even reverse early loss.
Besides specific treatment of Androgenetic Alopecia, other contributory factors for hair loss if present also need to be addressed appropriately e.g an antidandruff shampoo for associated dandruff/seborrheic dermatitis.
I would suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your region for a confirmatory diagnosis of Androgenetic Alopecia and other contributory factors like dandruff that may be responsible for hair loss in your case and appropriate treatment.
