You have given very short history.. Still, I feel that most probably you may be having a condition called telogen effluvium. Before I give advice, I would like to ask few questions..

- are you married?
- if so, have you any kid? What age?
- or pregnancy?
- any disease like anaemia,thyroid dysfunction or other?
- any history of stress or tension
- history of medicine ?
-do you have dandruff?
- job?

Kindly answer and tell about your scalp condition. ..any skin disease? If possible ..post the photo of scalp.
