Brief Answer:
it's possible

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

hair loss may occur (albeit rarely - less than 1% of patients taking it) with amlodipine. The only thing you can do about that is to substitute amlodipine for another drug. A dermatologist should evaluate your hair in order to exclude other potential causes. Common tests in such cases include the thyroid hormones and iron stores (TSH and ferritin are important). Checking whether other drugs or supplements can be involved is essential.

Kind Regards!
