Question : Hi doctor I have a 2 and half month old baby I'm exclusively breast feeding .I got a severe hand pain from morning and it is unbearable .can you suggest some good medicine or pain killer which will not affect lactation
Brief Answer:
Tablets advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Most likely the pain is related muscle pull because of some awkward and bad positioning of the arm while sleeping or feeding.
Take tablet diclofenac or combiflam as and when required to relieve the pain.
It is safe during lactation.
Take care
