Brief Answer:
I need further details.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
See, if a young girl gets unconscious with out any obvious reason then an evaluation is required.
Headache associated with unconsciousness can be due to either due to a Seizure or Stress induced functional behavior.
I would like to know:
1. Did she ever had any seizure?
2. For how much duration she got unconscious?
3. Any frothing from mouth, up rolling of eyes, urine or fecal incontinence during the episodes?
4. What is she usually doing at the time she gets unconscious?
5. Has ever her MRI brain been performed?
6. What was the reason of headache you were told at that time when she used to have them previously?
Revert with these details. If you have never witnessed her unconsciousness event, then ask the person who has witnessed and then answer me.
Each and every question that I have asked has it's own relevance, so be sure before you answer.
