Question : I am facing uneasiness in my stomach since last 6 days. I have tried changing my diet, fibrous , fruits etc. but of little help. I constantly feel acidity and keep on burping.
I even got severe headache due to this yesterday.

Hi,

I have noted your problem. Besides dietary changes, I will recommend you start a course of proton pump inhibitor drug - tab pantoprazole + domperidone (Tab pantocid D) twice a day before food for 2 weeks. This should treat the current problem.

If symptoms persists or recur soon after medication, you should visit a gastroenterologist for further evaluation which includes and endoscopy.
