Brief Answer:
Better to get investigated

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.

At the age of 59 years, a severe headache followed by a confusional state the next day morning arises suspicion of an organic cause for the same. Nothing to panic but it would be wise to get investigated ones for a possibility of a minor stroke. A stroke can present with headache followed by such confusional periods where naming becomes difficult.

Do see your physician and get a Ct scan or MRI brain done.

Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
