Brief Answer:
Headache, not too worry too much

Detailed Answer:
Dear
I am sorry for the symptoms you are suffering
You don't have too worry too much because the normal CT scan is a good insurance that no abnormal events has happen to your brain.
You have to schedule an MRI for insurance but aneurysm bleeding is seen even on CT scan so you don't have to worry about aneurysm.
It may be just a tensive headache and you will be fine after starting treatment.
In the meantime try pain killer to avoid headache (such as ibuprofen or ketoprofen)
Hope my answer helps you
