Hi,
If your doctor prescribed chlarythromycin that is because of any infection you are going through.
Usually, infections are associated with headaches, that's temporary. Try out with Tylenol. If no relief or if it will get worse, then consult your physician again.
Chlarythromycin use is not known to be associated with headaches, however, I still think you should try Tylenol first.
