Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I went through the query and understood your concern.
1. You should never skip the medications for hyperthyroidism without your doctor's advice. Hyperthyroidism may be the cause for headache, myalgia and abdominal discomfort.
2. Since you have taken Tylenol without much help, for my patients with similar symptoms without any hyperthyroidism problem I recommend NSAID like aceclofenac with muscle relaxants like chlorzoxazone. This will help you.
3. Keep hydrating well and check for BP and TSH level once and adhere to your drugs.
In short, you should get the thyroid condition treated appropriately. The latest thyroid function test will help your doctor prescribe the right treatment. The headache and generalised pains may be related.
I hope this information helps you. Feel free to ask for any further queries. I will be glad to answer them.
Wish you faster recovery and good health.
Regards
