Brief Answer:
Please get further investigations

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
As per our previous communication, since you are having microangipathy, you should get further investigated for its cause and take appropriate treatment.
Microangiopathy means involvement of small terminal branches of blood vessels supplying in brain.
It can be due to age, hypertension, dyslipidemia, blood sugar and may be vasculitic process. It can lead to minor strokes causing dizziness
Some amount is commonly found with age in most person but if it's more, then evaluation by blood investigation required.
You can upload pdf of images of MRI for analysis.
Following investigations are advised:
1. Blood pressure measurement
2. Blood sugar
3. Liver and kidney function test
4. Lipid profile, vitamin B12, ANA profile and complement levels.
Headache is not likely due to microangiopathy.

Please provide more details regarding nature of headache.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
