Question : Hi, just wondering if taking vitamin b12 can cause my heart to race? I also take an anxiety medication! I have severe anemia & hemoglobin deficits

Vitamin B12 supplement is not a cause for racing heart beats.
If you are having background anxiety disorder, it may cause racing heart rate by itself or by causing episodic peaks of intense anxiety called panic attacks. It is also possible that anemia is a cause for your fast heart rate. Anemia of long duration causes heart to adjust some what by raised heart rate.
You should get evaluated regarding your chronic anemia, which should be evaluated by getting CBC, Anemia profile, KFT and vit B12 to start with.
