Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would like to explain that heart beats feeling, usually called heart palpitations, is frequently found in each individual in certain time intervals and periods.

It is commonly found in increased stressful situations (physical or psychological), as well as in some health conditions (anemia, increased thyroid function, dehydration, fever, after consuming triggering substances, such as caffeinated drinks, tea, smoking contacts, etc.).

But, the fact you don't feel your heart beats at all, doesn't imply any health problem.

So, nothing to worry about!

Just relax!

In case you have any further uncertainties, feel free to ask me again.

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
