Question : Lately, my wife had several severe heartburns, helped by antacid.She tends to have constipation and takes now serveral prunes at night. . We noticed her stools turned blackish. Last night she vomited red bloody slime and had dark stool. This morning she vomited darkish slime.

Your wife must go to hospital and do urgent gastroscopy since these are signs if possible stomach ulcer bleeding.

This is not lifethreating and this point but it may become eventually if delayed further.

You need to see doctor with no delay.
