Brief Answer:
Possible Osteoarthritis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I can certainly understand your concern

I have worked through your attached query in detail

Many of your symptoms point to active/inflammatory phase of Osteoarthritis.

Osteoarthritis is a degenerative joint disease in the elderly population.

The nature of treatment ( medical vs surgical ) depends upon the test results.

For this, I advise you to take up the following tests

1. X-ray both knees in AP AND LATERAL VIEWS in a standing position.

2. Complete blood counts.

For symptomatic relief, I generally prescribe oral medications of analgesics like Diclofenac sodium, Calcium and Vitamin D supplementation to my patients with such symptoms. Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these medications/tests to improve your condition.
