Brief Answer:
Considerations

Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
Thank you for submitting your question to HCM.

From the image you provided and your description of the symptoms, you may be having an allergic reaction.

You might try over the counter remedies immediately such as Benadryl and Hydrocortisone cream (don't put the cream on face or genitalia).

If this does not improve the symptoms within a day, or if you start to experience any difficulty breathing, any throat swelling, or just general worsening of the symptoms, please see a physician/Emergency room immediately.

Other considerations for the symptoms include insect bites and skin infection.

Any recent changes in you food habit?
Any change of clothing?

Unfortunately, this cannot be definitively determined without a proper physical examination.

Let me know if I can help you further?

Sincerely,
Dr Galamaga
