Brief Answer:
Itching could be due to skin related disorder.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

Pin worm infestation is one of the commonest cause of perianal itching.
The pin worm infection responds to albendazole preparation in majority of cases.
No relief despite intake of albendazole suggests presence of some other problem.

I would suggest a local examination of the perianal region.
A skin disorder could be causing itching.
Consult a surgeon for clinical assessment.
Management can be planned after clinical examination.

If you have more queries, I will be glad to answer.

Brief Answer:
Take the medicines and observe for relief.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
The drugs prescribed to you consists of an antibiotic, anti-histaminic, stool softener and vitamin supplement.
Antibiotic will take care of infection which may have been caused by excoriation or scratching of the perianal region.
Anti-histaminic will reduce irritation in the perianal region and thus relieve itching.
Stool softener will reduce the strain on the perianal region and thus provide relief.
Vitamin supplement is for general well being.

Take these medicines for the required time period and observe whether you get relief or not.
If not consultation with a dermatologist is suggested.

Thanks and take care
