Question : Hello, I am 55 years old and have been on antibiotics for the past 12 days (keflex) to treat a skin infection-foliculitis. Two days ago my scrotum began to itch severely, it came on very sudden, I work out frequently so I thought it may be simple jock itch, after two days of anti fungal cream there has been zero improvement. What is most odd is that my scrotum is bright red and hot--and only my entire scrotum, it's as if it's been dipped in bright red paint, it's not spreading anywhere else at all. The itching is severe...help
