Question : Hello itchy area in groin I scratch and it bleed ... in two spots I tested negative for herpes 7 months after possible exposure

It's looking like fungal infection.
I treat such cases with a combination of oral and topical antifungal agents.
A combination of oral fluconazole tablet 150 mg per week for 4 weeks and ointment clotrimazole to be applied twice daily for the same duration works well.
It is safe and effective and usually available over the counter.
You can try this.
