Thanks for being at healthcare magic
I have reviewed the attached photographs though they are not very clear.
Their are few possibilities looking at them : either an allergic reaction to anything you have eaten or pityrosporum folliculitis due to a yeast infection or miliaria which occurs due to sweat duct blockade in hot humid weather.
It is not due to low platelets. That has a different presentation.
In such cases I recommend my patients to take antihistaminic like tablet Chlorpheniramine 4 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching and apply cortisone cream on the affected areas for 5-7 days.
If these spots don't subside by then consult a doctor and get yourself examined clinically.
