Question : Hello doctor my brother is of 17 years suffering from some kind of itching under his neck.he is also having allergic problem in all seasons esp during winter..i am forwarding you a snap of his condition

Thanks for the query and photograph.
It is looking like fungal infection. This type of infection is common in fold areas like that of neck. I treat such cases with a topical antifungal cream like clotrimazole, to be applied twice daily for a month.
It is safe and effective.
Ask him to apply this.
