Brief Answer:
Visit a dermatologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

Itchy hands and feet can be due to dry skin, allergies-eczema, psoriasis or scabies.

You can try these home remedies:

- Moisturize your skin adequately.

- Drink plenty of fluids to keep your skin hydrated.

- You can use over the counter antihistamins like tablet cetrizine, or benadryl cream on the the affected areas.

- Try to keep on aggravating factors like food, sunlight, contact dermatities like any particular cloth etc and try and avoid them.

- Bath in XXXXXXX warm water.

As your symptoms have been from 2 months I would suggest you to meet a dermatologist for a detailed examination and treatment.

I hope this answered your query.
