Brief Answer:
Could be yeast infection, get an exam done please.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
It is very likely that you are having some kind of a vaginal discharge.
The itching makes it very likely that it is a yeast ( fungal ) infection.
Generally clotrimazole cream is applied locally to control the itching.
However it is best not to do this by yourself.
Please consult a gynecologist and get a vaginal swab and culture done, and an internal exam done.
That will confirm the type of infection.
Also regarding the UTI , I hope urine culture test was done and then antibiotics were taken.
If not, it can get recurrent.
All the best
Please feel free to discuss further.
