Question : Pregnant for 17 weeks having high SGOT 481 and SGPT 823 with severe itching all over body. Please suggest.

It is suggestive of obstetric cholestasis.
You need to take Udiliv for it.
Also be careful about baby movements.

Please find enclosed reports. Doctor suggested Udiliv 150 twice a day. Please advise what can we do to control severe irching

Hello again.
Thank you for uploading the report.
I have gone through it.
The condition is called ICP - intrahepatic Cholestasis of pregnancy.
The liver function is altered and deranged due to the hormonal effects of pregnancy.
Treatment is with Udiliv and itching can be controlled with Lacto Calamine lotion and tablet Cetirizine once daily at night.
Strict monitoring of baby's well being needs to be done, as the condition can damage the baby.
MOnitor LFT every 2 weeks.
Moisturize the body well with coconut oil , and apply Lacto Calamine on it.
