Question : I have been prescribed Buspirone 15 mg twice daily. I am having SEVERE itching all over my body. Is this something to be expected?

Hello,

buspirone side effects do not include itchiness. Although buspirone is not known for causing allergic reactions, generalized itchiness suggest allergy. I couldn't tell whether it's buspirone or another allergen though. You'd better contact your primary care doctor for clinical examination, particularly if you've also got other symptoms like shortness of breath, faintness or skin lesions.
