Brief Answer:
Needs further investigation for causes of Polyarthralgia

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

Thanks for the query.

May I ask how old you are?

Since when are you getting the joint pains ?

Do you have fever, burning sensation on passing urine?

You need to get tested and investigated for all causes of polyarthralgia like Rheumatoid arthritis, Gout, Reiters disease, Sexually transmitted diseases like Syphilis which is possible because your VDRL is positive.

Kindly get tested for Rheumatoid factor, ANA, get your joint aspirated and tested for Crystals in Gout and rule out infection.

Apply ice or hot water Bag, whichever offers you better relief.

Take pain killer like Tablet Ibuprofen 400mg twice a day for 5 days.

Kindly answer my queries for me to be in a better position to help you.

Regards,

Dr. Aashish Raghu
