Brief Answer:
You need a skeletal muscle relaxant tablet.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
The pain is due to strain of skeletal muscles around knee joint.
I prescribe skeletal muscle relaxant tablet containing Thiocolchicoside 4mg twice daily for 5 days to my patients.
If there is no response, I will go for an MRI of the knee joint to confirm any ligament tear.
Please consult your doctor, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
Wish you good health.
Regards
