Question : I have had severe left side pain for 5 days now today the pain is not as bad yesterday i started to have an olive green or darker stools formed what is could it be?

Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
Noted hte history of pain in the left side for 5 days and stated with olive green or darker stool...
This is most probably due to colitis or enterocolitis that is infection of the intestines causing pain and change in color of stool.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get an opinion of your Doctor.
Stool and blood tests.
And a course of an antibiotic, metronidazole and probiotics if there is any evidence of infection, antispasmodic for the pain, plenty of oral fluids to maintain hydration well.
