Question : A suffering from severe leg cramps mostly at night. Am awaiting spinal surgery because of damage in the lumbar area manifesting in my right leg radiating from the top of my rear thigh down to my feet

1. Sleep with your face down.
2. Take muscle relaxants and pregabalin before going to bed.
