Brief Answer:
Pinched nerve is the cause; medicine helps

Detailed Answer:
Hello
It's good to see you.
Your symptoms are suggestive of pinched nerve (nerve getting compressed) at lower back. This leads to pain radiating from lower back to leg known as sciatica.
Beside the earlier medicine you may add prescription only drug like pregablin.

Please tell me -
Are you able to walk on toes and heels?
Is there any numbness around private parts?
Most of the patients get better with above medicine.

Wishing you good health and early recovery.
Regards
