Brief Answer:
Physical examination.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

As lightheadedness and right arm tingling, apparently are not emergency conditions, you can get a general physical examination done by a physician.

Your Blood pressure needs to be checked in both supine and standing positions in order to look for any postural drop in blood pressure.
A basic neurological examination is also needed.

Hope that helps. If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.

Regards
